Terms and Conditions of stay

• Check-in is 3.00 PM – 11:00 PM

* Check- out is 11.00 AM

*We charge a refundable damage deposit of £100 to all guests. The lead guest’s credit card will be
pre-authorised prior to check-in being arranged. This will be released following an inspection of the
room after check-out.

Please help us to return your deposit in full by observing The Hyde’s terms and conditions:

1. Absolutely no smoking and no parties are permitted in the room.

2. We have a zero-tolerance policy to additional undeclared guests and any nuisance or anti-social
     behaviour.

3. If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay an additional charge of
£200 will be charged to the payment card details provided at the time of booking.

4. Guests are expected to take care of the room and its contents. If there is an accident and
something is broken or damaged as a result, please let us know as soon as possible and always
before you check-out.

5. Pets are not allowed

6. Those aged 18 and under are not permitted to stay in The Hyde unless a parent or guardian has
booked the accommodation and is also staying with us. Children must not be left unattended in the
rooms.

We reserve the right to request valid photographic proof of identity and age so please bring this
with you and ensure all guests under your booking bring identification otherwise where required
you and all your guests will not be permitted to stay.

7. Guests must check out by 11am unless a late check out has been agreed in advance as this
impacts on the property being ready for incoming guests. Guests that have not agreed a late check
out time may incur an additional fee
